Overview
VISION is comprised of several modules that work together to form the VISION System. These are the modules that you may have access to, depending on your installation.
The VISION Learning Station module (Courses) deploys content stored in the VISION database online. The VISION Learning Station can produce web-based training materials and exams on demand, directly from the database, and learners can use it to view course materials and complete exams. Results, such as course completions and exam scores, are recorded in the system for use by course administrators.
The Qualification module presents qualifications to learners and routes those qualifications to trainers and administrators.
The Certification module is used to add credits of various types to different courses available through the VISION Learning Station module. These credits can be tracked and counted to fulfill preset coursework requirements.
The DIF Survey module can be used to distribute DIF surveys to subject matter experts and tabulate their responses.
The Action Tracking module is used to report issues with the content in the VISION System, such as an incorrect exam question or missing information within a lesson. Administrators can use it to distribute these problems to the appropriate designers, who can then fix them in the VISION database.

This guide includes instruction for the following VISION Web-based modules: Learning Station, Qualifications, Certifications, DIF Surveys, and Action Tracking. Depending on your organization's license, you may not have all of these features available to you.

Click on Courses to see the courses you are registered for and to register for new ones.
Click on Qualification to see the qualifications assigned to you.
Click on Certification to view your certification reports.
Click on DIF Surveys to view surveys assigned to you.
Click on Quick Links to view your user record, create an Action Tracking Item, or view Training and Evaluation requests.
Click on My Information to view or edit your information in the Learning Station.
Navigation
There are several common features of VISION's web module display:
Top Menu
Tabs along the top of the window divide each area of VISION LS. Click on a tab to bring up that window.
Page Title
The title of every page can be found in the upper left corner under the Top Menu. It will also have some information regarding the page.
Tabs
Related lists are located next to each other on tabs.
Buttons
Buttons can be found on the top right of most pages.
•Back Button: You will frequently find Back buttons on the top left of the page. You can also use Internet Explorer's back button.
•Submit Button: Frequently when you make changes to a record you will need to save them by clicking a Submit button. These can always be found at the bottom right of a record.

In all of these lists, you will find blue links that will open the properties page for the items listed.
