I'm getting a 403 error message when I click on Verify in the email sent by the Customer Portal verification process. How do I fix this?

When you received the following email, you probably clicked on the Verify email address button shown below.

 

Is this the error you are seeing?:

If you are a valid FOCUS customer, wait 24 hours. Clear your browser's data cache, then try again.  If you can't login after that amount of time, send email to support@focuslearning.com to let use know that this is the error you are receiving. We will take care of the issue and get back to you.
