I clicked Forgot password button when trying to log into the Customer Portal, but I did not receive an email. Why not?

FOCUS Learning migrated to a new website around May 1, 2024. ALL customers need to re-register to get access to the Customer Portal and the Knowledge Base.  Customer data was NOT migrated from one website to another.

Due to this, go to SUPPORT > Customer Portal as shown below.

 

On the Sign in page, click Register here

 

If you think you've already done the above, please click Contact the site's administrator link above.  The administrator will be able to look at your record to see if you have registered or not, and direct you appropriately.
