I'm having trouble logging into the FOCUS Learning Customer Portal for the first time. What needs to be done to fix my access?

To log into the FOUCS Learning Customer Portal, you need to do the following:

1. Go to the Customer Portal by clicking on Support > Customer Portal.

2. To access the Customer Portal, you will need to be an employee of one of our customers and register. On the Sign in page, click Register here.

3. Fill out the Set up your password form and after clicking the checkbox at the bottom, click Save password.

We will check that you are an employee of one of our customers, then send you an email to complete your registration.

If you do not see an email after 24 hours, check your Spam/Junk email to see if the email is there.  If you do not receive an email, send an email to support@focuslearning.com.
