Why am I not seeing VISION Knowledge Base articles for specific products on the VISION website?

FOCUS customers can have access to the VISION Knowledge Base articles, but are required to be a Registered User and signed in.

If you are a Registered User, use Sign in to log in from either the Customer Portal or the Knowledge Base pages. The page will refresh and give you access to more articles.

 

To be a Registered User if you aren't already, you need to create an account with the steps below:

1) In a browser, go to focuslearning.com.

2) Click on the arrow to the right of SUPPORT and select Customer Portal.

 

3)  On the Sign in page, select Register here.

4)  Fill in the form with your information and click Save password at the bottom.  You must click the checkbox to agree to FOCUS storing your data prior to the Save password button being available.

5) Your request will be processed and you'll be able to Sign in.
