I'm trying to access the Customer Portal/Knowledge Base after clicking the button Verify email address from the email I received. How do I fix a 403 error saying "Sorry, you don't have access?"

In this case, you may have been trying to register for the Customer Portal or Knowledge Base access, received an email with the following instructions, and clicked the Verify email address button:

After clicking the Verify email address, you received the following error:

The first thing to try is to wait 24 hours and click on the Verify email address button again.  Since we need to confirm that you are a customer, we need to manually enable your access.  This means it won't be instant and may take us a few hours to enable.

If after 24 hours, you still aren't allowed in, then send email to support@focuslearning.com and we'll investigate what went wrong.
