Security Settings and Login Procedures

Qlarity can be configured to use different protocols to provide security for your organization. Depending on your organization’s preferences, your login process will support one of the following authentication methods.

Regardless of the authentication method used by your organization, you will see an initial login screen where you enter your email address. This first screen is used to route you to the proper authentication method used by your organization.

Email Address and Password

You will enter your email address on the initial login screen. A second login screen is then displayed where you enter both your email address and password. You are then logged into Qlarity.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

You will enter your email address on the initial login screen. A second login screen is then displayed where you enter both your email address and password. If your organization has opted to use multi-factor authentication, an email will be sent to the email address you provided with a verification code.

Check your email for the code, then enter it on the Multi-factor Authentication screen. You can type the code or copy and paste it from the email. Then click the Verify button. The verification code is only valid for five minutes. You will need to start the login process again if the code expires before you can complete the process.

SAML Single-Sign On

You will enter your email address on the initial login screen. You are automatically logged into Qlarity.

Account Lockout

For organizations using either email address + password or multi-factor authentication security, please notes that your account will be locked after 6 failed login attempts. An email will be sent to your email address as well as to our Qlarity Support team. To unlock your account, you will need to reset your password by clicking the Forgot Password link on the login screen.
