Understanding the Training Content Library

The Training Content Library provides ready-to-use training materials your organization can deploy internally. Unlike instructor-led training, where your team attends a live session, training content is designed to be:
  • Delivered through your internal systems (such as your LMS)
  • Reused across multiple learners or cohorts
  • Customized to align with your organization’s processes and needs

These resources enable you to scale training, standardize knowledge, and support ongoing development without relying solely on scheduled sessions.

Be aware that materials provided to you by FOCUS Learning for intended for your organization’s use as outlined by your contract with us. These materials cannot be sold or distributed outside your organization.


Understanding Credits and Availability

Credits are tied to your contract period and are intended to be used within that timeframe. Unused credits do not roll over to new contracts.

  • Each training resource is assigned a credit value

  • Credits are deducted at the time of request

  • Credit requirements are listed in the Training Content Catalog

To maximize value, plan your usage throughout your contract period. Your Customer Success team can help you develop a plan aligned to your priorities.

Requesting Training Content

Training content is requested through your organization's Authorized Contact.

To request content:

  • Submit your request to Customer Success or your Technical Account Manager (TAM)

  • Our team will confirm availability and whether credits apply

  • We will coordinate delivery of the requested materials

Most resources are available for immediate delivery. If a resource is not yet finalized, it is typically prepared within one week of your request.

  • Help prioritize and plan your usage

  • Answer questions about available resources
